The Objectives and Performance Contract (COP) is a contractual document entered into by ANSM and its supervisory authority, the French Ministry of Solidarity and Health, binding the two parties. It sets out the Agency’s strategic orientations for a period of several years and defines the implementation processes in respect of these orientations.
